La Marchadaine, holiday cottage with 2 bedrooms for 6-8 people. The gîte is somewhat secluded on the property, allowing you to enjoy extra privacy.
The total floor area of the ground floor is 31 m2. Both the second floor and the attic under the low beamed ceiling are also 31 m2. This gîte has its own driveway for the car. Also, there is a large private garden with garden furniture. This 400 year old former farmhouse has been stylishly restored, while retaining many authentic details such as the immense beamed ceilings and the thick walls. Because the walls are so thick (60 cm!), the rooms remain nice and cool in the summer and it can be heated quickly in the winter. The gîte is equipped with all modern conveniences.
Ground floor
On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a double bed with two mattresses of 90 x 200 cm. In a bay window is a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) that can be separated from the bedroom by a curtain. Furthermore there is a spacious luxury bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
First Floor
On the first floor is a large corner kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge and freezer and a dining area with six chairs. The seating area consists of a 3-person and a 2-person sofa, a large armchair and a fireplace.
Attic
In the attic you’ll find four single beds (90 x 190 cm with open foot end).
